In 2024, CMR’s second autonomous vehicle completed the first autonomous track drive in North America at Formula Hybrid Electric competition. That demonstration and consistent effort from our driverless team paved the way for the first ever driverless competition becoming integrated into North America FSAE.

We want to see other teams start creating their own driverless programs. To help out, we have recently released our software stack and comprehensive documentation. This covers our entire pipeline, both theoretically and from an implementation perspective.
